Your Anglo identity,
turned into a living experience
We're not here to replace the school's site or sell a generic platform. We're here to build on top of what already works — with the tools families really need.
The current site conveys prestige. But when a family tries to use it for something concrete — finding a date, understanding the admissions process, or feeling that their child's house matters — the experience breaks down.
⚠ Today
- An institutional calendar that doesn't integrate with Google or Apple
- Scattered news with no editor, no audience, no history
- Houses as a grid of 4 colours, with no history or identity
- Admissions as plain text, with no guided journey
- FAQs that require calling or messaging on WhatsApp
- Zero personalisation for Senior School vs. Preschool families
✦ With the proposal
- A calendar with .ics subscription per section, visible in any app
- A blog-style editorial editor: cover, audience, scheduling
- Houses as a narrative experience: admirals, history, cup, gallery
- A guided admissions flow, step by step, without leaving Anglo
- Paddi answers from real context, by section, without making things up
- A segmented feed: what a Senior School family sees ≠ Primary
Every functional module can already be seen in the demo. The platform covers the full scope of a conventional school app — and adds what others don't offer: sovereign AI that doesn't expose minors' data to third parties, a Telegram bot and a Houses experience designed for the Anglo identity.
| Module | What it does | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Paddi — Smart Answers 24/7 | An AI agent that answers frequently asked questions in an institutional tone, by section (admissions, IB, houses, calendar). It answers only from validated Anglo content, without overloading the team. | Live demo |
| Smart editorial feed | A news channel segmented by level, group or role. Blog-style editor: cover, category, audience, scheduling and draft/published status, with reading metrics. | Live demo |
| Events + Calendar | Activity publishing with attendance confirmation, month/list view, an "Add to my calendar" button and .ics export/subscription per family or section. | Live demo |
| Houses — House System | Narrative history of Beatty, Hood, Nelson and Rodney. Photos, badges, House Cup, gallery per house, stories-style animation. | Live demo |
| Guided admissions | Flow by stage (PYP/MYP/IB), FAQs with Paddi alongside, CTA to the school's official channel. | Live demo |
| Telegram bot | Direct access to Paddi via Telegram from each family's phone, without installing anything. An extra channel that conventional apps don't offer. | Ready for testing |
| Support chat | Technical support for families and the school, handled by Paddi in support mode with escalation to the team when needed. | Live demo |
| Admin panel | News editor (create/edit/schedule) and live metrics of Paddi queries and publications, already working in the demo. | Live demo |
| Family access + Google SSO | Secure login for families, with Google sign-in. Personalised feed by grade, notifications and a history of their own events. | Phase 2 |
| Messages | Secure, segmented communication between families and authorised staff, within the platform. | Phase 2 |
| Extracurriculars | Workshops and activities with online enrolment and real-time place management (places drop for everyone instantly). Working in the demo. | Live demo |
| Google Calendar sync | Automatic two-way sync of institutional events with Google Calendar (and Outlook). | Phase 2 |
| Per-student tracking | An individual digital record for each student for specific matters, with data handled under Law 1581 within our infrastructure. | Phase 3 |
| iSAMS integration | API integration with iSAMS for user onboarding, offboarding and updates (pending confirmation with iSAMS). | Phase 3 |
| White-label app (PWA) | A single app with the school's identity, installable on Android and iOS from the browser, without going through stores or paying app store commissions. | Phase 3 |
The official Anglo site is untouched. The platform runs in parallel and integrates gradually with existing channels.

- Knowledge base loading
- Deployment and subdomain
- Anglo brand customisation
- One time, at launch
Anglo Subscription
The complete platform for the whole Anglo community, with unlimited use for normal operation. No token meters, no surprise surcharges.
- Contextual Paddi, unlimited use
- Editorial feed + CMS
- Dynamic .ics calendar
- Interactive House system
- Active Telegram bot
- Ongoing support and updates
What you do NOT pay for
The price you see is the price you pay. Paddi runs on our own infrastructure, not on a cloud bill that grows with every family query.
- No charge per query or per user
- No token metering
- No surprise third-party licences
- The service never stops
Fair use: the subscription covers normal operation of the Anglo community (1,830 students). Any extraordinary, sustained growth in usage is discussed in advance — the service is never interrupted and nothing is billed without prior agreement.

The platform you see already exists and runs in production.
We build software for schools, businesses and communities in Colombia. The technology behind this proposal is not a prototype: it's the same stack running in production today for real-estate platforms, local service directories and digital communities — operating 24/7 on our own infrastructure.
We work directly with institutions — no middlemen, no agencies in between — so every peso of investment goes into the product.
- Rust + Loco.rs — an ultra-light server, with no heavy cloud costs
- Our own sovereign AI — Paddi runs on our infrastructure, without sending family queries to third parties
- No third-party dependency for the core product
- Minors' data handled under Law 1581 (Habeas Data), within our infrastructure, not on external commercial servers
Next steps?
A 30-minute call to review the demo together, refine the scope and define a realistic Phase 1 for Anglo.
Paddi also lives on Telegram.
Families don't install another app: they message Paddi from Telegram, on their own phone, and get the same validated answers from the school — admissions, schedules, fees, events — 24/7. The same sovereign assistant from the website, on the channel they're already on. (And it's ready for WhatsApp with the same engine.)
